Global Forum for Health Research

FHS was represented at the Annual Meeting of the Global Forum for Health Research which was held in Cairo, Egypt (29 October - 2 November 2006). An abstract titled "Future Health System Research Priorities: Evidence-Policy Linkages" authored by Drs. Syed, Hyder, and Bloom as well as theme 3 of FHS were selected for poster presentation. The poster was presented by Dr. Shams Syed, research assistant on FHS theme 3. Dr. Adnan Hyder, joint theme 3 lead also attended Forum 10.

American Public Health Association Meeting

FHS was represented at The American Public Health Association (APHA) 134th Annual Meeting and Exposition which was held in Boston, Masachussetts (November 4-8 2006). An abstract titled "Future Health System Research Priorities: Evidence-Policy Linkages" authored by Drs. Syed, Hyder, and Bloom as well as theme 3 of FHS were selected for poster presentation. The poster was presented by Dr. Shams Syed, research assistant on FHS theme 3.
