Research evidence is important at various stages of policy process including agenda setting, policy making, policy implementation, and policy monitoring and evaluation. The evidence required at these stages, the key institutions that need to be engaged and strategies for engaging them successfully may differ. The session will present the multiple user perspectives of evidence needed at different policy stages and strategies used to adapt evidence by different institutions.
